Berry and Cream Parfait

A refreshing layered dessert featuring sweet berries, creamy yogurt, and crunchy granola, perfect for breakfast or a light treat.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup mixed fresh berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
  • 1 cup vanilla Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup granola
  • 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup (optional)
  • 1/2 tsp lemon zest (optional)

Instructions

  1. Wash and dry the berries, slicing strawberries if needed. Toss with honey and lemon zest if using.
  2. Spoon a layer of yogurt into the bottom of a glass or bowl.
  3. Add a layer of berries over the yogurt.
  4. Sprinkle a layer of granola on top.
  5. Repeat the layers until all ingredients are used, ending with a few berries on top.
  6. Serve immediately to keep the granola crunchy.

Notes

  • For a dairy-free option, use coconut yogurt.
  • To prevent soggy granola, add it right before serving.
  • Frozen berries can be used but thaw first and drain excess liquid.
