Berry and Cream Parfait

- 1 cup mixed fresh berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
- 1 cup vanilla Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup granola
- 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup (optional)
- 1/2 tsp lemon zest (optional)
- Wash and dry the berries, slicing strawberries if needed. Toss with honey and lemon zest if using.
- Spoon a layer of yogurt into the bottom of a glass or bowl.
- Add a layer of berries over the yogurt.
- Sprinkle a layer of granola on top.
- Repeat the layers until all ingredients are used, ending with a few berries on top.
- Serve immediately to keep the granola crunchy.
Notes
- For a dairy-free option, use coconut yogurt.
- To prevent soggy granola, add it right before serving.
- Frozen berries can be used but thaw first and drain excess liquid.
