- 1 cup strawberries, hulled and sliced
- 1 cup blueberries
- 1 cup raspberries
- 1 cup mini marshmallows
- 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 container (8 oz) whipped topping, thawed
- 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
- In a large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth.
- Add sweetened condensed milk and vanilla extract, and mix until well combined.
- Fold in whipped topping until mixture is fluffy and smooth.
- Gently fold in strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, and mini marshmallows.
- Refrigerate for at least 1 hour to chill and allow flavors to blend.
- Serve cold, optionally garnished with extra berries on top.
Notes
- Can be made a day in advance for convenience.
- Use frozen berries (thawed and drained) if fresh aren’t available.
