Big Mac Pasta Salad

Big Mac Pasta Salad combines all the classic flavors of a Big Mac—seasoned ground beef, pickles, cheese, lettuce, and a creamy special sauce—into a hearty and satisfying cold pasta salad.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb elbow macaroni or small shell pasta
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup chopped dill pickles
  • 1/2 cup diced red onion
  • 1 cup chopped iceberg lettuce
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 2 tbsp yellow mustard
  • 2 tbsp sweet pickle relish
  • 1 tbsp white vinegar
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp paprika

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and rinse under cold water to cool.
  2. In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Season with salt and pepper. Drain excess fat and let it cool.
  3. In a large bowl, mix mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, pickle relish, vinegar, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika to make the dressing.
  4. Add the cooled pasta, ground beef, cheese, pickles, red onion, lettuce, and cherry tomatoes to the bowl.
  5. Toss everything together until well coated with the dressing.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving for best flavor.

Notes

  • Add the lettuce just before serving to maintain crispness.
  • Substitute ground turkey or plant-based meat for a lighter version.
  • Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days.
