Cheesy Baked Pull-Apart Sliders

These cheesy baked pull-apart sliders are a crowd-pleasing appetizer or snack made with soft slider rolls, gooey melted cheese, savory fillings, and a buttery glaze. Perfect for parties, game day, or a quick family meal.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 12 slider rolls or dinner rolls
  • 12 slices deli ham or turkey (optional)
  • 6 slices cheddar or Swiss cheese, halved
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise (optional)
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp poppy seeds (optional)
  • 1 tbsp chopped parsley (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. Without separating the rolls, slice them in half horizontally. Place the bottom half in the baking dish.
  3. Spread mayonnaise over the bottom layer if using. Layer with deli meat and cheese slices.
  4. Place the top half of the rolls over the fillings.
  5. In a small bowl, whisk together melted butter, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, and poppy seeds if using.
  6. Brush the butter mixture evenly over the tops of the rolls.
  7. Cover with foil and bake for 15 minutes. Remove foil and bake an additional 5–7 minutes until tops are golden and cheese is melted.
  8. Garnish with chopped parsley, slice, and serve warm.

Notes

  • You can customize with different meats, cheeses, or vegetarian fillings.
  • To make ahead, assemble the sliders and refrigerate, then bake when ready to serve.
  • Serve with dipping sauces like honey mustard or marinara for extra flavor.
  • Use sweet Hawaiian rolls for a slightly sweet contrast to savory fillings.
