- 10 fresh jalapeños, halved and deseeded
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar or mozzarella
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional: 1/4 cup cooked bacon bits
- Optional: 2 tbsp chopped green onions
- Optional: 1/4 cup breadcrumbs for topping
