- 1/4 cup fresh lime juice (about 2 limes)
- 1/4 cup fresh orange juice
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp chili powder (optional)
- Salt and black pepper to taste

- In a medium bowl or zip-top bag, whisk together lime juice, orange juice, olive oil, garlic, cumin, paprika, chili powder (if using), salt, and pepper.
- Add chicken and toss to coat evenly. Seal or cover and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes, preferably 2–4 hours.
- Preheat grill, grill pan, or skillet over medium-high heat. Lightly oil the cooking surface.
- Remove chicken from marinade and cook for 5–7 minutes per side, or until internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C) and chicken is golden and cooked through.
- Let rest for a few minutes, then slice and serve with lime wedges and chopped cilantro if desired.
