  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup cornstarch
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • Oil for frying
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar or lemon juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
  • 12 oz pasta (penne, fettuccine, etc.)
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 3/4 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Pound chicken to even thickness and season with salt, pepper, and paprika.
  2. Dredge chicken in flour and cornstarch mixture, dip in beaten eggs, then dredge again in flour mixture.
  3. Fry chicken in hot oil until golden and cooked through. Drain on paper towels.
  4. In a pan, combine honey, soy sauce, garlic, and vinegar. Simmer until slightly thickened. Toss chicken or drizzle sauce over chicken.
  5. Cook pasta according to package directions until al dente. Drain.
  6. In a skillet, melt butter, sauté garlic, add cream, simmer, stir in Parmesan. Season to taste.
  7. Toss pasta in cream sauce. Plate pasta and top with crispy chicken. Drizzle extra honey garlic sauce over chicken.

  • Store chicken and pasta separately in airtight containers in fridge up to 3 days. Reheat gently before serving.
