Crockpot Chicken & Stuffing with Gravy Drizzle

Tender, seasoned chicken and flavorful stuffing cooked together in a slow cooker, finished with a savory gravy drizzle—a comforting, all-in-one crockpot meal that simplifies dinner.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (or thighs)
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) condensed cream of chicken soup
  • ½ cup chicken broth
  • 1 packet seasoned stuffing mix
  • Optional: 1 tsp poultry seasoning or dried herbs (thyme, sage)
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 packet instant gravy mix (chicken flavor)
  • 1 cup water (for gravy)

Instructions

  1. Spray the slow cooker with nonstick cooking spray or lightly grease it.
  2. Place chicken breasts in a single layer at the bottom. Season with salt, pepper, and optional poultry seasoning.
  3. In a medium bowl, whisk together condensed soup and chicken broth until smooth. Pour over chicken.
  4. Evenly sprinkle the dry stuffing mix on top—do not stir.
  5. Cover and cook on low for 6 hours (or high for 3–4 hours), until chicken and stuffing are tender and fully cooked.
  6. When nearly finished, combine gravy mix with 1 cup water in a small saucepan over medium heat. Whisk until thickened and smooth.
  7. To serve, spoon chicken and stuffing onto plates and drizzle generously with prepared gravy.

Notes

  • Swap chicken for turkey and use turkey-flavored soup/gravy for variety.
  • Add cheese on top of stuffing in last 15 minutes for a creamy finish.
  • Vegetables like carrots or peas can be added for nutrition and color.
  • Use fresh herbs for added aroma and flavor depth.
  • Choose low-sodium products to reduce salt content.
