- 2 large cucumbers, thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup red onion, thinly sliced
- 3/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 1/4 cup fresh dill, chopped
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Place sliced cucumbers and red onions in a large bowl.
