Fruit Pizza

Fruit Pizza is a colorful and refreshing dessert that features a soft sugar cookie crust topped with a creamy frosting and an assortment of fresh fruits. Perfect for parties, picnics, and summer gatherings.

  • 1 package (16.5 oz) refrigerated sugar cookie dough
  • 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
  • 1/3 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup sliced strawberries
  • 1/2 cup blueberries
  • 1/2 cup kiwi, peeled and sliced
  • 1/2 cup mandarin orange segments
  • 1/2 cup red grapes, halved
  • 1 tbsp honey (optional, for glaze)
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice (optional, for glaze)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Press sugar cookie dough evenly into a 12-inch pizza pan or tart pan. Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until golden. Let cool completely.
  3. In a medium bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  4. Spread the cream cheese mixture over the cooled cookie crust.
  5. Arrange fresh fruit on top in a decorative pattern.
  6. If desired, mix honey and lemon juice, then brush over the fruit as a glaze.
  7. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before slicing and serving.

Notes

  • Use any combination of your favorite fruits, but make sure they’re fresh and not too juicy.
  • To make it ahead of time, store the cookie crust and topping separately until ready to assemble.
  • For a gluten-free version, use gluten-free sugar cookie dough.
