- 1 package (16.5 oz) refrigerated sugar cookie dough
- 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
- 1/3 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup sliced strawberries
- 1/2 cup blueberries
- 1/2 cup kiwi, peeled and sliced
- 1/2 cup mandarin orange segments
- 1/2 cup red grapes, halved
- 1 tbsp honey (optional, for glaze)
- 1 tbsp lemon juice (optional, for glaze)
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Press sugar cookie dough evenly into a 12-inch pizza pan or tart pan. Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until golden. Let cool completely.
- In a medium bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Spread the cream cheese mixture over the cooled cookie crust.
- Arrange fresh fruit on top in a decorative pattern.
- If desired, mix honey and lemon juice, then brush over the fruit as a glaze.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before slicing and serving.
Notes
- Use any combination of your favorite fruits, but make sure they’re fresh and not too juicy.
- To make it ahead of time, store the cookie crust and topping separately until ready to assemble.
- For a gluten-free version, use gluten-free sugar cookie dough.
