- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, sliced thin
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
- 1/2 cup chopped scallions (green onions)
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce (optional for depth of flavor)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tbsp lemon juice (optional, for brightness)
- Grated Parmesan cheese for garnish (optional)
- Cook spaghetti according to package instructions. Drain and set aside, reserving 1/4 cup of pasta water.
- Season sliced chicken with salt and pepper.

- In the same skillet, add garlic and red pepper flakes; sauté until fragrant, about 30 seconds.
- Add chopped scallions and cook for 1-2 minutes until just softened.
- Return chicken to the skillet. Add cooked spaghetti, soy sauce, oyster sauce, and reserved pasta water. Toss everything together over low heat.
- Adjust seasoning with salt, pepper, and lemon juice if using.
- Serve immediately, garnished with Parmesan cheese if desired.
