- 1.5 lbs boneless, skinless chicken thighs or breasts
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp fresh lime juice
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 8 small corn or flour tortillas
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- 1/4 cup diced red onion
- Fresh lime wedges for serving
- 2 tbsp creamy sauce or sour cream (optional)

- Warm tortillas on the grill or in a pan until soft and pliable.
- Slice the grilled chicken into strips. Layer into tortillas.
- Top each taco with diced red onion, chopped cilantro, and optional creamy sauce or sour cream.
- Serve immediately with lime wedges on the side.
