- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- Optional: fresh herbs (rosemary or thyme)
- Pat the meat chops dry with paper towels.
- In a small bowl, mix olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika, onion powder, and lemon juice.
- Rub the seasoning mixture evenly over both sides of the chops.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Place the chops on the grill and cook for 4–6 minutes per side, depending on thickness.
- Check internal temperature: 145°F (63°C) for medium (varies by meat type).
- Remove from grill and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
