- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 1 tsp dried rosemary
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
- Pat the chicken breasts dry with paper towels.
- In a small bowl, mix together olive oil, garlic, thyme, rosemary, oregano, paprika, salt, pepper, and lemon juice.
- Brush or rub the herb mixture evenly over the chicken breasts.
- Arrange the chicken on the baking sheet and roast for 20–25 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
