Juicy oven-roasted chicken breasts seasoned with a blend of fresh herbs, garlic, and olive oil for a simple yet flavorful main dish.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • 1 tsp dried rosemary
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
  2. Pat the chicken breasts dry with paper towels.
  3. In a small bowl, mix together olive oil, garlic, thyme, rosemary, oregano, paprika, salt, pepper, and lemon juice.
  4. Brush or rub the herb mixture evenly over the chicken breasts.
  5. Arrange the chicken on the baking sheet and roast for 20–25 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  6. Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, marinate the chicken for 30 minutes before cooking.
  • Use fresh herbs instead of dried for a brighter taste.
  • Pair with roasted vegetables, rice, or salads.
