Honey Mustard Chicken Tenders

Crispy, juicy chicken tenders coated in a sweet and tangy honey mustard sauce for a simple and delicious meal.

  • 1 lb chicken tenders
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
  • 2 tbsp yellow mustard
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, mix honey, Dijon mustard, yellow mustard, olive oil, lemon juice, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Coat the chicken tenders evenly in the honey mustard mixture.
  4. Arrange the chicken tenders on the prepared baking sheet.
  5. Bake for 18–20 minutes, flipping halfway through, until cooked through and golden.
  6. Brush with additional honey mustard sauce before serving if desired.

Notes

  • Marinate the chicken for 30 minutes for deeper flavor.
  • Serve with extra honey mustard as a dipping sauce.
  • For a crispier finish, broil the tenders for the last 2 minutes.
