  • 3/4 cup cold milk
  • 1/2 cup lime-flavored vodka
  • 1/4 cup triple sec or other orange liqueur
  • 1 cup whipped topping (plus more for garnish)
  • 1/2 cup crushed graham crackers (for garnish)
  • Fresh lime slices or zest (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together the pudding mix and cold milk until thickened, about 2 minutes.
  2. Stir in the vodka and triple sec until well combined.
  3. Fold in the whipped topping until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
  4. Spoon or pipe the mixture into small shot cups.
  5. Top each with a small dollop of whipped topping, a sprinkle of crushed graham crackers, and lime zest or a small lime slice if desired.
  6. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.
