- 1/2 lb ground beef or sausage
- 1 cup marinara or tomato sauce
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 egg (for binding)
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- Salt and pepper, to taste

- Boil pasta until al dente, drain, and cool slightly.

- Spoon mixture into muffin cups, pressing down gently.
- Bake for 20–25 minutes, until tops are golden and edges crisp.
- Allow to cool for 5 minutes before removing. Garnish with parsley if desired.
