No-Bake Chocolate Ganache

No-Bake Chocolate Ganache is a rich, smooth, and silky dessert made with just a few ingredients. Perfect as a topping, filling, or stand-alone treat, it’s a chocolate lover’s dream that requires no oven time.

Ingredients

  • 8 oz semisweet or bittersweet chocolate, chopped
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract (optional)
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Place chopped chocolate in a heatproof bowl.
  2. In a small saucepan, heat the heavy cream over medium heat until it just begins to simmer. Do not boil.
  3. Pour the hot cream over the chopped chocolate and let sit for 2–3 minutes.
  4. Gently whisk until the chocolate is fully melted and the mixture is smooth and glossy.
  5. Stir in vanilla extract and salt, if using.
  6. Let cool slightly before using as a glaze or filling, or chill until thickened for a spreadable consistency.

  • Use high-quality chocolate for best flavor and texture.
  • Refrigerate leftovers and gently reheat to soften before reuse.
