Instructions

  1. Line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper, leaving an overhang for easy removal.
  2. In a saucepan over low heat, combine sweetened condensed milk and chocolate chips. Stir constantly until fully melted and smooth.
  3. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract, salt, and chopped nuts.
  4. Pour the mixture into the prepared pan and spread evenly.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until firm.
  6. Lift the fudge out using parchment overhang and cut into bite-sized squares.
  7. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
