Nutty Chocolate Fudge Bites are rich, no-bake treats blending velvety dark chocolate with crunchy roasted nuts. Perfectly portioned and freezer-friendly, they’re ideal for snacking, gifting, or sharing.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups dark chocolate chips or chopped chocolate (at least 60% cocoa)
  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 to 3/4 cup mixed nuts (walnuts, pecans, almonds), chopped
  • Optional: sea salt or additional chopped nuts for garnish

Instructions

  1. Line a mini muffin tin with paper liners or lightly grease silicone molds.
  2. In a medium saucepan over low heat, combine chocolate, condensed milk, and butter. Stir constantly until melted and smooth.
  3. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract and chopped nuts.
  4. Spoon the mixture into prepared molds, tapping the tray to level.
  5. Top with additional nuts or a pinch of flaky sea salt if desired.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours until firm.
  7. Remove from molds and store in an airtight container.
