- 2 cups dark chocolate chips or chopped chocolate (at least 60% cocoa)
- 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 to 3/4 cup mixed nuts (walnuts, pecans, almonds), chopped
