  • 1 teaspoon honey or maple syrup (optional)
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon (optional)
  • 1/2 cup ice cubes

Instructions

  1. Add papaya, banana, yogurt, milk, honey or maple syrup (if using), and cinnamon (if using) into a blender.
  2. Add ice cubes for a chilled texture.
  3. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  4. Pour into glasses and serve immediately.
