Pecan Cinnamon Pull-Apart Cake

Pecan Cinnamon Pull-Apart Cake is a sweet and sticky dessert made with layers of soft dough, coated in cinnamon sugar and chopped pecans, then baked into a gooey, pull-apart masterpiece perfect for sharing.

Ingredients

  • 2 cans refrigerated biscuit dough (16.3 oz each)
  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar, packed
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a bundt pan generously with butter or non-stick spray.
  2. In a small bowl, mix granulated sugar and cinnamon. Set aside.
  3. Cut each biscuit into quarters. Roll each piece in the cinnamon sugar mixture to coat.
  4. Layer half of the coated biscuit pieces and half of the chopped pecans into the prepared bundt pan.
  5. Repeat with remaining biscuit pieces and pecans.
  6. In another bowl, mix melted butter, brown sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Pour evenly over the biscuit and pecan layers.
  7. Bake for 35–40 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  8. Cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then invert onto a serving plate. Serve warm and pull apart to enjoy.

Notes

  • For extra gooeyness, drizzle with cream cheese glaze or maple syrup before serving.
  • Store leftovers in an airtight container and reheat before serving.
  • Can be made ahead and reheated in the oven or microwave.
