- 8 oz white chocolate, chopped
- 1/2 tsp peppermint extract
- 1/2 cup crushed peppermint candies or candy canes
- 1 tsp coconut oil (optional, for smoother chocolate)
Instructions
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Melt the dark chocolate with 1/2 tsp coconut oil in a microwave or double boiler until smooth.
- Stir in peppermint extract, then pour and spread evenly on the prepared baking sheet. Chill for 15 minutes or until firm.
- Melt the white chocolate with remaining coconut oil until smooth.
- Pour the white chocolate over the firm dark chocolate layer and spread evenly.

- Chill again for 20–30 minutes or until completely set.
