- 2 packets (6 oz total) strawberry or raspberry flavored gelatin
- 2 cups boiling water
- 2 cups cold water
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice (optional for extra tang)
- 1–2 lemons, thinly sliced
- In a large bowl, pour the boiling water over the gelatin and stir until completely dissolved.
- Add the cold water and lemon juice, mixing well.
- Pour the mixture into a square or rectangular dish.
- Place the lemon slices gently on top so they float or partially submerge.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until fully set.
- Once firm, cut into cubes using a sharp knife.
- Serve chilled with additional lemon slices if desired.
Notes
- Use silicone molds for fun shapes instead of cubes.
- Add fresh berries for extra flavor and texture.
- For firmer cubes, reduce cold water by 1/2 cup.
