Pistachio Fudge with Dried Fruit and Nuts is a creamy, no-bake treat featuring sweet white chocolate fudge studded with vibrant pistachios and chewy dried fruit, perfect for gifting or festive dessert trays.

Ingredients

  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
  • 3 cups white chocolate chips or finely chopped white chocolate
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup shelled pistachios, roughly chopped
  • 1/2 cup dried fruit (cranberries, apricots, or figs), chopped
  • Pinch of salt (optional)

Instructions

  1. Line an 8×8 inch pan with parchment paper, leaving overhang for easy removal.
  2. In a saucepan over low heat, combine condensed milk, white chocolate, and butter. Stir until melted and smooth. Remove from heat.
  3. Stir in vanilla and salt if using.
  4. Fold in pistachios and dried fruit until evenly distributed.
  5. Pour mixture into prepared pan, smooth the top. Refrigerate 3-4 hours until firm.
  6. Lift fudge out of pan using parchment. Cut into squares with a sharp knife.

Notes

  • Store in airtight container in fridge up to 2 weeks or freeze up to 2 months.
  • Add citrus zest, matcha, or spices for variation.
  • Use a warm knife for clean cuts.
