  • 4 ripe bananas, sliced and frozen
  • 1 cup frozen mango chunks
  • 1/2 cup frozen pineapple chunks
  • 1/4 cup coconut milk (or any plant-based milk)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract (optional)

Instructions

  1. Add the frozen bananas, mango, and pineapple to a high-powered blender or food processor.
  2. Pour in the coconut milk and add vanilla extract if using.
  3. Blend until the mixture is smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides as needed.
  4. Serve immediately for soft-serve texture, or transfer to a container and freeze for 1-2 hours for a firmer consistency.
