Sheet Pan Sausage Pizza Squares are an easy, family-friendly meal with a crispy crust, zesty sausage, gooey cheese, and classic pizza toppings—all baked on one pan and sliced into shareable squares.

  • 1 pound pizza dough
  • 1/2 cup pizza sauce
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 pound Italian sausage, cooked and crumbled
  • 1/4 cup sliced black olives (optional)
  • 1/4 cup diced green bell pepper
  • 1/4 cup sliced red onion
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • All-purpose flour for rolling dough

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Grease or line a sheet pan with parchment paper.
  2. On a floured surface, roll out the pizza dough to fit the sheet pan and press it evenly into the pan.
  3. Spread pizza sauce over the dough, leaving a small border.
  4. Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese, then top with sausage, bell pepper, onion, and olives (if using).
  5. Sprinkle with oregano and drizzle with olive oil.
  6. Bake for 15–20 minutes or until crust is golden and cheese is bubbly.
  7. Cool slightly, then slice into squares and serve.
