Snickers Salad

Snickers Salad is a sweet and creamy dessert salad made with chopped Snickers bars, apples, whipped topping, and pudding. It’s a Midwest favorite that’s perfect for potlucks, picnics, or an indulgent treat.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 6 Snickers bars, chopped
  • 4 Granny Smith apples, chopped
  • 1 package (3.4 oz) instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 1 cup cold milk
  • 1 container (8 oz) whipped topping (like Cool Whip), thawed
  • 1/4 cup caramel sauce (optional, for drizzling)

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, whisk together the pudding mix and cold milk until thickened, about 2 minutes.
  2. Fold in the whipped topping until smooth and creamy.
  3. Add the chopped apples and Snickers pieces to the bowl and gently mix to coat everything evenly.
  4. Transfer to a serving bowl and drizzle with caramel sauce if using.
  5. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.

Notes

  • Granny Smith apples add a tart contrast to the sweetness, but any crisp apple works.
  • Add mini marshmallows or chopped peanuts for extra texture.
  • Best served the same day to keep apples fresh and crunchy.
