  • 2 tablespoons dill pickle juice or 1 tablespoon dried dill seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 250 °F (120 °C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, combine Chex cereal, pretzels, nuts, and broken potato chips.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk melted butter or oil with dill pickle juice (or dried dill), garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Drizzle the seasoning mixture over the dry mix, tossing gently to coat evenly.
  5. Spread the mixture evenly onto the baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 45–50 minutes, stirring every 15 minutes, until golden and crisp.
  7. Let the mix cool completely to finish crisping, then store in an airtight container.
