- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 packet (2 1/4 tsp) active dry yeast
- 1 cup warm milk
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 large egg
- 1/2 tsp salt
- Strawberry Filling:
- 2 cups diced strawberries (fresh or frozen)
- 1/3 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- Strawberry Glaze:
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 2–3 tbsp strawberry puree or strawberry jam
- 1–2 tbsp milk (as needed)
- In a large bowl, combine warm milk, yeast, and sugar. Let sit for 5 minutes until foamy.
- Add melted butter, egg, and salt. Mix well.
- Gradually add flour until a soft dough forms. Knead for 5–7 minutes until smooth.
- Place dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let rise for 1 hour or until doubled in size.
- For the filling, cook strawberries, sugar, cornstarch, lemon juice, and cinnamon in a saucepan over medium heat until thickened. Cool completely.
- Roll out the dough into a large rectangle about 1/4-inch thick.
- Spread the strawberry filling evenly over the dough.
- Roll up tightly from the long side and slice into 12 rolls.
- Place rolls in a greased baking dish, cover, and let rise for 20–30 minutes.
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and bake rolls for 22–25 minutes or until lightly golden.
- For the glaze, whisk powdered sugar with strawberry puree and milk until smooth.
- Drizzle glaze over warm rolls and serve.

- Ensure the strawberry filling cools before spreading to prevent dough from becoming soggy.
- Use strawberry jam if you need a quicker filling option.
- Add cream cheese to the glaze for a richer topping.
- For brighter color, add a drop of natural red food dye.
