Tropical Banana Nice Cream

A creamy, naturally sweet frozen dessert made with bananas and tropical fruits, perfect for a healthy, dairy-free treat.

  • 4 ripe bananas, sliced and frozen
  • 1 cup frozen mango chunks
  • 1/2 cup frozen pineapple chunks
  • 1/4 cup coconut milk (or any plant-based milk)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract (optional)

Instructions

  1. Place the frozen banana slices, mango chunks, and pineapple chunks into a high-powered blender or food processor.
  2. Add the coconut milk and vanilla extract if using.
  3. Blend until smooth and creamy, stopping to scrape down the sides as needed.
  4. Serve immediately for soft-serve texture, or transfer to a container and freeze for 1-2 hours for a firmer consistency.
  5. Scoop into bowls and enjoy.

Notes

  • Use very ripe bananas for the best sweetness and flavor.
  • You can substitute or add other tropical fruits like papaya or passion fruit.
