- 1/2 cup pizza sauce
- 1/2 cup chopped bell peppers (red, green, yellow)
- 1/4 cup chopped onions
- 1/4 cup chopped tomatoes (deseeded)
- 1/4 cup sweet corn kernels (boiled)
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1/4 tsp red chili flakes (optional)
- 1 tbsp olive oil or butter (for greasing)
- Salt to taste
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a baking tray with olive oil or butter.
- Cut the bread slices into quarters or rounds, depending on your preferred bite size.
- Spread a thin layer of pizza sauce over each bread piece.
- Top with chopped vegetables: bell peppers, onions, tomatoes, and corn.
- Sprinkle mozzarella cheese over the veggies.
- Season with Italian seasoning, red chili flakes, and a pinch of salt.
- Place the prepared bread bites on the greased tray.
- Bake for 8–10 minutes or until the cheese is melted and slightly golden.
- Serve hot with ketchup or any dip of choice.
Notes
- You can use any type of bread: white, whole wheat, or multigrain.
- Add olives, jalapeños, or mushrooms for variation.
- Toast the bread lightly before topping if you prefer a crispier base.
- Air fryer or stovetop tawa can be used instead of the oven.
