- 1 cup red seedless grapes
- 1 tablespoon olive oil (for roasting)
- 1/4 cup goat cheese, crumbled
- 1/4 cup walnuts, toasted
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- 1 tablespoon olive oil (for dressing)
- 1 teaspoon honey
- Salt and black pepper to taste
