- 500g white chocolate, chopped
- 1 cup mini marshmallows
- 1/2 cup desiccated coconut
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries
- 1/2 cup pistachios, roughly chopped
- 1/2 cup rice bubbles (puffed rice cereal)
- 1/2 cup Turkish delight, chopped (optional)
- Line a square baking pan (8×8 inch) with baking paper.
- Melt the white chocolate in a heatproof bowl over simmering water (double boiler) or microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine marshmallows, coconut, cranberries, pistachios, rice bubbles, and Turkish delight (if using).
- Pour melted white chocolate over the dry ingredients and mix well to coat everything evenly.
- Spoon the mixture into the prepared pan and press down gently with a spatula to smooth the top.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until set.
- Once set, cut into squares and serve. Store in an airtight container in the fridge.
